Deeksha is an aspiring interventional radiologist currently pursuing her medical education at Drexel University College of Medicine. Throughout her training, she has developed a strong passion for providing comprehensive, evidence-based care that prioritizes patient well-being. Her commitment to serving vulnerable populations began with her work in underserved communities across Philadelphia, where she gained a deep appreciation for the challenges these patients face. Now it has brought her to studying and researching complex medical conditions that significantly impact patients across the nation.

Her current focus on pelvic venous disease combines her interests in women’s health and health advocacy, giving personal meaning to her work. Deeksha values collaboration and believes that progress in medicine depends on strong evidence and active engagement. Her goal is to empower patients and restore their confidence in their health and future.
